• Demonstrates how their own moral purpose and view point can shape the vision and ethos of the school – and how this applies to the Early Years and KS1
• Is able to deliver continuous improvement through others, building strong cohesive teams
• Models excellence in teaching, planning and assessment.
• Can maintain a focus on pupil’s learning at all times
• is able to work in collaboration and partnership, including with families, maintaining strong professional bonds
• Is able to coach teachers and give precise feedback to improve the quality of teaching, learning and assessment.
• Demonstrates personal authority through voice, presence, professional attire and self-regulation at all times
• Demonstrates a thirst for knowledge and interest in educational research and development

• Teachers who are passionate, creative, skilled team players
• You will be an excellent primary school teacher, skilled at fostering independent learning
• You will be a skilled teacher of English language (including phonics) and Maths
• You will believe that it is your role to ensure all children in your class progress well
• You will be able to use learning evidence to plan next steps precisely
• You will be able to reflect on your own teaching and that of others and use this to improve your practice
• You will be able to demonstrate highly creative cross-curricular learning, learning off-site and outdoors
• You will model a thirst for learning for yourself and so create a learning climate in your classroom that is compelling
